The programmes are all one day events except for the Treatment Coordination for beginners. This is a two day event.

REMEMBER - TREATMENT COORDINATORS DO NOT RECOMMEND TREATMENTS TO PATIENTS!
A TCO will pre qualify your patients when they attend a new patient consultation. They overcome any objections the patient may have, as well as showing what you can provide as a practice, and the fees associated with treatment options. This means that NPs that are scheduled in the dentists’ diary for a NP assessment / examination are ready to go ahead with treatment if they are suitable once the clinical examination has been performed.
The benefit for the dentist is that you do not have to wait to find out if the patient can afford treatment. This will have already been confirmed before the clinical assessment.
I firmly believe in the power of a cross trained team. If the reception team have the opportunity to take photographs of your patients then you should train them. Please contact me to discuss how this system can work for your practice.
