Who should you choose to become your Treatment Coordinator?
A Treatment Coordinator needs to have certain qualities.
You may have already had an idea of who you want to place into this role. I always recommend training two people so the system never fails for holiday or sickness.
Here is a list of some of the important qualities that a TCO should have:

- Positive attitude
- Leadership qualities
- Self motivation
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
